Hull sack boss Rosenior after not making play-offs
Hull City has made the decision to sack their manager, Liam Rosenior, after the team failed to make it to the play-offs this season. The decision comes following a string of disappointing results and performances that saw the team finish outside the top six in the Championship.
Rosenior, who took over as Hull manager just over a year ago, was unable to guide the team to a successful campaign despite high expectations from fans and the club’s board. The decision to let him go was made in an effort to bring in a new manager who can lead the team to promotion next season.
Hull City’s Chairman, Adam Pearson, stated that “It is never an easy decision to part ways with a manager, but we believe it is in the best interest of the club to make a change at this time. We thank Liam for his efforts and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
The search for a new manager is already underway, with Hull keen to appoint someone who can help the team achieve their goals and ambitions for the upcoming season.
